Play & Product Care

A little care for every discovery

Choose toys according to the manufacturer's recommended age, the child's abilities and the warnings supplied with the product. A collection name or play suggestion does not replace the manufacturer's instructions.

Before play

• Read and keep all instructions and packaging warnings.
• Check that the toy is complete and undamaged before use.
• Keep small parts and packaging away from babies and young children.
• Follow the supervision instructions for each toy, especially science kits, toys with magnets and toys with moving or electrical parts.

Cleaning and storage

Follow the care instructions supplied with the toy. Cleaning methods depend on its material and construction. Do not assume a toy can be immersed, heated or put in a dishwasher. Keep toys dry and store all pieces together after use.

When a detail is missing

If the listing does not state the age range, materials, dimensions, included parts or care instructions you need, contact Toymetry before ordering. Do not infer a safety rating from a photograph.

If something is wrong

Stop using a toy that is broken or damaged and contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Our Return & Refund Policy explains how we can help.
